Today I’m going to try something a bit different. Over the past few weeks I’ve missed some trailers, haven’t had time to post others, or was forced to skip those that debuted on an inconvenient day. This just will not do. There are too many and we must watch them all! How else are we supposed to stay plugged into the grid and prepared for the upcoming year in film? If you’re like me, you want to know what’s trending, what’s not, what’s strange, cool, sleeper hits, upcoming flops, upcoming masterpieces, chick flicks to see, chick flicks to avoid. Not all trailers need or even deserve to be overanalyzed or explained. But they do need exposure. Thus, I give you the first Trailers In The Bagg: Overloaded!
Rian Johnson’s science-fiction-action-thriller.
Oliver Stone apparently adapted the video game Army of Two.
Ted (Red Band Trailer)
This teddy bear sounds like Peter Griffin because it is him.
Paranormal Activity director, Oren Peli’s next film actually looks scary.
Sound of My Voice
A creepy psychological look at a mysterious cult.
A whimsical story about the invention of feminine pleasure toys.
Robert De Niro plays an all powerful psychic?
A Fantastic Fear of Everything
Simon Pegg is afraid of things.
I know That Voice (Trailer 1)
An interesting look at the downside of technological progress.
savages — looks terrible, but Riggs looks awesome.
red lights — my favorite part of the trailer was at the end when someone inexplicable yells “SILVER!”
